                                              Lash Service Policies 

 

  •     I acknowledge that I must arrive at my scheduled appointment on time, and a late fee of $10 will be automatically applied after 15 minutes

 

  •     I acknowledge that if I am more than 30 minutes late and have not communicated with my lash technician my appointment is canceled and I will have to reschedule and pay a new $50 deposit.

 

  •    I acknowledge that a NO CALL NO SHOW will result in a CHARGE HALF AMOUNT FOR THE SERVICE using the CARD ON FILE, additionally any same day cancellation will result in a charge of the full service amount to the card on file. The client is free to choose another more convenient time to come in and be serviced if payment goes through. (if payment fails I acknowledge I will no longer be able to book services with Lashedxlaidbyc in the future.)

 

  •    I acknowledge that all canceled or rescheduled appointments must be made 48 hours (2 days) in advance. A $15 rescheduling fee will be added for the inconvenience. Appointments can be rescheduled through the website at no additional charge.

 

  •    I acknowledge that Rescheduling/ Cancellation made within less than 48 hours will result in a $30 charge to the card on file. 

 

  •    I acknowledge that there is a Non Refundable $50 deposit required when booking. If appointments must be moved, services will be rendered at a date no later than 2 weeks from the original appointment date, the deposit will be held, and the remaining balance of service will be required at the completion of service.

 

  •    I acknowledge that I have the option to pay in full when’s booking .

 

  •    I acknowledge that all services are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

  •    I acknowledge that a $25 after hour fee will be applied to appointments booked after 5 pm.

 

  •    I acknowledge that services can be pre booked through plans available online at cperfection.co, at a lower cost than individual service options. 

 

  •    I acknowledge that my lash technician does not refill other lash technicians work and I will need to pay for a removal and new set.

 

  •    I acknowledge that I must arrive with CLEAN LASHES. No mascara, eyeshadow eyeliner, or any oils on my lashes.

 

  •    I acknowledge that any action such as constant coughing, allergies, itchiness, constant teary-eyes recent exposure to pink eye, constant rubbing of the eye or any unusual discharge from eye will result in immediate cancellation of my appointment. (The technician will be unable to provide quality services if any of the issues above persist.) I acknowledge that if my appointment is canceled for any of the above reasons my deposit will rollover to my next appointment.

 

  •    Allergic reactions may occur and I acknowledge that if a reaction occurs I must notify my technician within 24 hours. 

 

  •    If notified within 24 hours I acknowledge that I will receive a removal and new set with different lash adhesive free of charge, or receive my initial deposit back. If I do not notify my technician within 24 hours I am not entitled to any of the above mentioned services.
